YYShort provides online and mobile film and television content through the YYShort mobile application (hereinafter referred to as Applications) and related Internet services (collectively, Services). YYShort is provided by Hong Kong Vision Drama Media Co., Limited, which operates in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, with a registered address at RM 1503-09, 15/F, CAUSEWAY BAY CENTRE, 15-23 SUGAR STREET, AUSEWAY BAY HONG KONG (we or our company).
This Privacy Policy is intended to explain what information we will collect, how to use it, and how you control the collection, correction and deletion of this information when you access this application and other services (including through the websites built by our partners and the service channels provided). Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, we promise not to use your information for other purposes and will not disclose it to any third party. 1. Information we collect on our own
- A. Information collected for our services:While ensuring the quality of service, we will collect as little information as possible. When you register, access YYShort or otherwise interact with YYShort, we may collect your personal information, such as full name, ID/passport number, portrait, telephone number, email address, IP address, device identifier, geographic location, billing information, etc., as well as non-personal information, such as messages, images, VoIP data, audio and video streaming data, other content, and other activities you conduct in order to realize the functions and features of the service and comply with relevant laws and regulations. If you purchase products or services from us, we and/or our third-party payment processors may also collect your payment information. Where permitted by applicable law, we may send you emails related to the Services as well as promotional emails. If you do not want to receive these emails again, you can choose not to receive such emails by canceling your account.

- (d) Recommendation letter. We may display personal recommendation letters from satisfied customers on our app. With your consent, we may post your recommendation letter and your name.
3. Summary of information
In order to more accurately understand and meet the needs of service users, we may conduct research and analysis based on the collected information to address the customer's demographic characteristics, interest preferences and behavior patterns. Such studies may be integrated and analyzed in the form of summary statistics, and we may share these aggregated data with affiliates, agencies and business partners. At the same time, we may publish the aggregated user statistics to the public to promote our services to existing and potential business partners. 2. Correction and deletion
You have the right to request to view, correct, update or delete certain inaccurate information about you in our archive by logging in to your account and updating relevant information. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service to make such requests and inquiries. 1. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is formulated, effective, enforced and interpreted in accordance with Hong Kong laws and does not take into account its conflict of laws clauses. Under the Terms of Service, any dispute arising therefrom will also be resolved in accordance with the Terms of Service.

For residents of the European Economic Area covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will make every effort to comply with the EU’s GDPR framework for the collection, use and retention of personal data related to EU member states.
3. Children's privacy
Our Services are not applicable to users under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 and believe that he/she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact our customer service immediately. If we learn that we have collected personal information from children under the age of 18, we will cease processing such information and take reasonable steps to immediately delete relevant information from our records.
4. Do Not Track policy
California law requires website and online service operators to disclose how they respond to Do Not Track signals. Since there is no consensus on how to interpret the Do Not Track signal, we are currently not responding to the Do Not Track signal. We are willing to continue to work with the industry to reach consensus on how to treat the Do Not Track signal.
